We are a flexible and agile organisation with a wealth of experience and a robust team of payment experts to support our customers; so that we can develop payment solutions with the forefront of technology in mind.
We started in the UK by being the first Company to provide a standalone P2Pe payment solution and this was quickly followed by France, Ireland and Spain. In 2017 we went live in 22 countries across Europe.
We have a heavy focus on innovation, and tailored payment solutions. We always strive to be the first technology to market by providing unique payment solutions, based on our customers’ requirements.

Our Founders
David Maisey
Chief Executive Officer
David is a highly experienced entrepreneur with an extensive, proven and successful track record in the Card Payments industry having previously founded Chip & PIN Solutions in 2004.
Having grown the Company organically into a one of the most successful and recognised payments organisations in the UK, with customers across Europe, David navigated the Company through a successful acquisition in 2017, to an International Payment Processor and card issuer.
Blue-chip companies such as Sharp Electronics, Flybe, Liverpool Football Club, Pizza Hut, the AA, Virgin Trains, Domino’s Pizza, Toyota UK and Weight Watchers all selected Chip & PIN Solutions as their preferred payments partner.
Prior to establishing Chip & PIN Solutions, David built his experience working for blue- chip companies including Alcatel, Xerox and Dun & Bradstreet.
Delia Pedersoli
Chief Operating Officer
Delia is an enthusiastic and outstanding entrepreneur, who has been involved in a number of successful Fintech start-ups in the Card Payments industry.
Delia started her career in the IT sector having completed her MBA at Henley Management College and worked for blue– chip companies including IBM, Xerox and Canon.
In 2006, Delia joined Barclaycard where she successfully implemented the acquiring division in her native country of Italy.
She was Co-Founder of EPS, the first company in the world to be P2PE certified and in 2013 she founded International Payments Services where she built a Fintech payments technology infrastructure, partnering with some major brands. International Payment Services was acquired in 2017 by an International payments processor and card issuer.
